Team Planning

We provide creative and engaging team planning sessions that motivate and inspire groups to greater levels of effective inclusion in the service they provide and the setting where they work

PATH: Team Planning

We will help you create a unified vision of the future of your service/project using a ‘PATH’ –a person centred planning tool that helps to build partnerships and community around a shared vision.

Bring together people who need to share the vision and we will capture your ideals and dreams for the project/service and record them live on a large visual graphic. We will then help you plan achievable goals for the coming year and plan the first steps required to move this plan forward.

Examples have included:

Children centres – planning for the year ahead.

Staff, parents, local community leaders and outside agencies created a shared vision for the local area and what the children’s centre could provide.

Aiming High Provision – Getting it Right

Local authority agencies and parents worked together to look an ideal for the aiming high provision, before planning concrete steps to move this forward in the authority.

Increasing Inclusion

We will introduce your staff to the basic principles of inclusion and help them to think about how you can make your setting more inclusive.

The session includes:

  •  What does ‘inclusion’ mean?
  •  Examples of good practice
  •  Create shared vision of how your service could be more inclusive
  •  Plan concrete steps that will make your setting more inclusive
