Julia Hayes is an experienced Educational
Psychologist, trainer and teacher who has worked in
the statutory and voluntary sectors. She has worked
as a children’s participation coordinator for the UK
charity Barnardo’s.
She is passionate about finding ways to include
all children in their local school and community,
whatever their personal circumstance, both in the UK
and in Latin America. She is a partner in the
children’s participation consultancy (see
www.childrensparticipation.co.uk ) and works
with Inclusive Solutions (see
www.inclusive-solutions.co.uk ) Associates who
work with Julia have backgrounds as psychologists,
social workers, project managers and graphic
facilitators.
They are all committed to making a difference in
the lives of vulnerable children, particularly those
considered ‘hard to reach’.
